Application Process

2. Your application will be reviewed. Upon approval you will be sent a link to create your password and prompted to log-in and complete payment/registration.
3. Your membership will expire on August 31, 2025 unless you are a lifetime member (no expiry date).

5. Chapel Hill-Durham Parents of Multiples is committed to the social and emotional support of parents of multiples. If you find yourself unable to pay the membership fee, please contact the membership team at membership@chdpom.com and they can provide information about our confidential scholarship program.
